Job Description and Skills
Regency Power Generation is a leading UK installer of diesel generators and part of the Xeinz Group. We have a dedicated team who love their roles and helping our customers to get the best out of their power solutions.
This role will involve the following key activities, although a wide variety of activities may be undertaken in a working week. This list should not be deemed exhaustive.
Fault Finding of diesel generators on-site and in the workshop.
Repairing diesel generators electrically and/or mechanically on site or in the workshop.
Installing and commissioning diesel generators.
Site surveys prior to install.
Working alone or within a team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have all the below; however, we recognise that some suitable candidates may not have all the below and require some training. Applicants who hold none of the below should not apply as this vacancy is for a qualified person.
Current electrical certifications for installing
Current electrical certifications for testing / certifying installations (optional)
Mechanical engineering qualifications (or relevant practical experience on diesel engines)
Full UK driving licence.
